true remote work for those who like it not a grind culture

Shell of a culture plagued by childish toxicity and insecurity at every level. No accountability, aimless, and incompetent. Unanimous lack of conviction/confidence in the product (zilliqa blockchain, ecosystem projects, etc.) and team members. Feels like everyone inside is in on a grift and just desperately dancing till the music stops.

People and connections were worth it. The pay was better than expected.

As expected from a startup, the amount of work is a ridiculous. Constant project changes and complications.
