Plus: you are constantly in touch with companies financial and management tasks and kept involved in the company development strategy. This is a truly immersive experience in how companies and products are done. A place like this in Italy (and not only in Italy) is literally impossible to find.

Sometimes work becomes frenetic and under impossibly tight schedule. The company is growing and transforming so fast that internal organizational processes can’t always keep up with the speed and you may feel a little “mess” from time to time.
