This company is just the middle man/resale for other companies products. They do not own or have their own software. No growth for the company. **Harsh work environment for the department. My direct team lead talked down to me and called me names both in-person and on emails. I collected and printed the emails- then presented them to HR to file an complaint. All HR stated was the employee I am filling complaint to has been with the company for a long time and any complaint toward that employee will not go through due to seniority.
