Too many sales people blowing up the same leads You will work a lead, possibly sell it and then find out you can't keep it and it's given to someone else (even though they assigned it to you) Happened to me 4 times in 6 months. Really bad base pay. They would rather hire more people than to make their current people more efficient. Two screens, Auto dialers, better CRM, more product training vs. Tom Hopkins is needed. Becoming high turnover It will take a good salesperson 3 years to make good money here. If you live rent free and have no bills, do it... if you are an adult with adult bills.... don't
