They take advantage of the current economic crises and the fact that many of the teachers are desperate for the work. They care more about NST rates than the health of the employees. If you work 70 hours a week and don`t make it for 3 of the lessons they will be on your tail. Be ready to feel stressed out and underpaid for the amount of work you do. You need to listen, teach, speak take notes while in your sessions and do extra work preparing reports. They pay different teachers different hourly rates. Horrific.
