      Esperienza deludente come Customer Success Manager

      Ho lavorato in goFLUENT per circa un anno come Customer Success Manager. Purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata positiva. L’ambiente di lavoro era piuttosto tossico, sia in Italia sia in altri Paesi, con una cultura aziendale poco attenta al benessere delle persone. Il ruolo di Customer Success era molto operativo, con mansioni spesso simili a quelle di back office, e poco spazio per attività strategiche o relazionali. Inoltre, nonostante l’azienda sia 100% digitale, il lavoro da remoto non era realmente previsto: formalmente era concesso un solo giorno a settimana, che però veniva facilmente revocato se ci si assentava per malattia o se c’erano giorni festivi nella stessa settimana. Ho trovato queste politiche decisamente poco flessibili. Lo stipendio base era piuttosto basso e non ho visto reali prospettive di crescita professionale. L’unico aspetto positivo della mia esperienza è stato il gruppo di colleghi: persone splendide con cui ho costruito ottimi rapporti.

      This company is one of the worst ever, managers are there only because they've been with the company for several years, no flexibility at all, the CEO is a narcissist who treats people really bad in every training and he teaches managers to give only negative feedbacks to people as a way to "push" them, he believes that everything he says it's correct and then they teach us how to take constructive criticism. They make managers deal with 3/4 markets or different teams at the same time and they have no time for anything, then one day they come to you and say that you're doing something wrong, something that maybe could have been fixed a while ago if only the manager had time to sit with the employee and explain. They're a bunch of toxic people who believes that throwing party and paying for pizza is what an employee want. Salaries are absolutely low and they don't want to pay any extra... They are so fake in convincing you they're the best that managers believe in their own lies, saying that this company has flexibility or a lot of benefits (not true of course!) They hire people in 3rd world country because they want to pay less. There are way better companies with more decent human beings, better salaries and less toxic management.
