The FARFETCH Disabled Network is on a mission to discuss, identify and instil disability-friendly methodologies and processes to assist FARFETCH in providing an enabling environment to manage disability and embed accessibility across the Farfetcher journey. "We conducted an audit across all our offices in Portugal to assess any limitations or barriers that could impact the experience of people with disabilities. We've been working towards tackling these limitations, and we have already seen some improvements. From the simple arrangement of some of the spaces, to more effective signage of our meeting rooms, that are now also in Braille, and the implementation of visual alarms in case of emergency.
