We're proud to be the first health system to offer PLEZi Nutrition's better for you products, the first from Michelle Obama's Public Benefit Company. Our mission is to keep getting better, and to pass that wellness on to our patients and community, a vision shared by PLEZi. With our kids in crisis, they aim to create higher standards for nutrition — offering healthier, delicious products kids and parents can agree on. In just 6 months, their great-tasting fruit drink has removed 1.8 million calories and 1,000 pounds of sugar from the diets of patients and team members at Hackensack University Medical Center, as well as incorporating vitamins, fiber and more.
