Science and gender equality are both vital for the achievement of the 2030 SDGs. Over the past decades, the global community has made a lot of effort in ensuring full and equal access to and participation in science for women and girls. As we are committed to increasing the number of female colleagues in STEM disciplines, today we celebrate the International Day of Women In Science. As values such as diversity and inclusion are part of our identity, we have always believed in Women in STEM and their empowerment.
An organizational design approach at the service of our company: a one-year journey involving 100+ colleagues to understand from their voices their work experience and the business processes that accompany them. The result is a visual map that identifies strengths and needs to guide our strategic choices as a people-centric organization and to enhance everyone's work experience. Here are our key learnings: 🎯 when investigating, it is crucial to set a goal from day 0; 🤝 collaboration is the key at every stage, from data collection to analysis, from grounding to sharing; 💼 work experience is common but evolves personally over time; 🔢 knowing the numbers is only part of the story because the real value is in the qualitative data. #MakeItRINA
