Me candidatei atraves do site oficial e recebi um email para participar do processo seletivo. Eles possuem toda semana um horario cm um recrutador, tipo um curso preparatório para a entrevista, achei mto legal. A entrevista foi conduzida na metodologia Star e de acordo com os princípios de liderança da amazon, o q achei bastante interessante também. Fiz 3 entrevistas, uma com o pessoal de treinamento, outra com uma pessoa com o cargo similiar, e a final com o gerente.

Very straightforward and standard interview. Met with two managers and they were able to answer my questions regarding the position. Decided to decline due to another opportunity but would recommend.
