Listen to the questions and answer what is asked of you (rather than trying to fit prepared answers to the questions - they are more interested in how you think than what you actually say tho.. do show you can be specific and walk them thru your process) and definitely look up Leadership Principles and keep in mind while answering.

Very intense. 2 phone screens and 4 45 minute interviews, known as the loop. The recruiter prepared me with much detail about what to expect. If you prepare, you’ll be fine.

Went through phone screening and never heard back even after reaching out to recruiter. It was unusual since they are usually quick on notifying you. I've went through a few interviews with them in the past.
