Straightforward questions. A mix of Amazon Leadership principles and technical questions. Took about 1 - 1.5 hours in total. Done the interviews on chime virtual meeting, with 2 interviewers scheduled back to back.

Tell me about a time you helped a peer that was struggling.
There’s two interviews one with a senior tech and one with the area manager. Questions asked are based on their principles and wanting answered in star format. They only ask two questions per interview.

Leadership principal based pre set question bank, very little technical probing. Looking for STAR format, follow ups tend to be aimed at lessons learned or knowledge sharing. Probably 3/4 questions in total, the interviewer was a manager.
