It was pretty straight forward simple questions..
They ask about your previous customer service experience.
Scenario base questions such as how you will deal with an angry customer on the phone

Describe how you will deal with a pissed off customer on the phone
Phone screen for about thirty minutes. Asked mostly behavioral questions and situational information. Described the role and gave details on the specifics of the job. Didn't get deep into the experience side but asked general questions about experience and qualifications
Everyone was very nice. It was a three step process but I only made it to the second one because I wasnt really prepared, they made A LOT of behavioral questions which I didnt expected to be honest.
