Good, they asked me general questions - it was a nice conversation. They encouraged me to ask questions about the role and responsibilities. It wasn't as formal as I anticipated.
Give real life situations that match with the leadership principles. You need to understand the question and LP it is trying to judge you for. Give a real life scenario as an example for it as to how you managed it well.

The communication from HR was not clear..got selected in initial 2 round but got fed up with poor communication by HR on the process.there are automatic mails sent with instructions but HR says otherwise. It was confusing.
