Applied online, had to complete an online virtual assessment (about 5 interview questions). Then at the end, an on site interview. I interviewed with a HR Partner and an Operation Manager when I went on site.
Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.
