Nach einschicken des Lebenslaufs, Zeugnissen und Cover Letter gab es eine Einladung zum Telefongespräch. Das Gespräch war mit dem Chef eines Logistikcenters, sehr kompetent und ich fand es eine nette Abwechslung, nicht mit jemandem von HR zu sprechen sondern direkt einem Facharbeiter. Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss des Telefongespräch gab es ca. 1 Woche später eine Einladung zum Assessment Center. Das ging von 10-17 Uhr.

Telefongespräch: CV und Motivation wurden kurz abgefragt, danach gab es zwei kleine Cases.
1. Wenn man die Wahl hat entweder 10.000 Bücher zu jeweils 10€ oder 200 Fernseher zu jeweils 500€ ins Sortiment aufzunehmen, was sollte man tun?
2. Es wird überlegt, Amazon in Polen anzubieten. Was sind die Entscheidungskriterien, ob dies Sinvoll ist oder nicht.
Assessment Center ging von 10-17 Uhr und es gab eine Gruppenübung, einen Business Case, mehrer persönliche Interviews und einen Excel Test.

phone screen with recruiter - asked regular behavioral questions and some technical skills to gauge my financial skills. recruiter was very nice and shared with me more about the role

Not hard pretty chill interviewers and they asked easy questions about finance and my resume did not take more than 30 minutes and left plenty of time to ask questions
