I was phone interviewed after a few days after I went through their online application process. They liked me, and offered a job. I politely declined. Overall, a pleasant, easy going process.

They asked many specific based scenario base questions. Be prepared to have creative solutions to "puzzling" situations.
They also asked basic generic questions such as "What makes a good team player?"

It was technical questions and tech test where you had to solve a coding challenges. Coding challenge was pseudo code and it was more important to find how to work it out.
