Two technical phone interviews by other solution architects (from different divisions, not the exact one I was applying for). General questions on diverse topics...networks, databases, troubleshooting, etc. 2nd phone was both technical and behavioral. In the end i think they picked up on the fact I was wary of the travel and public speaking requirements of this job and got no offer. Ask them how their performance is measured...both gave insightful answers to this question.
