Many of them got filtered int his round. Your typing skills should be acceptable and listening skills must be high enough to get through this round
Voice versant - Your voice and level of understanding the language is tested here

Regarding job role, they asked me how are you going to deal with angry customers, how are you going to work in a team, are you ok with night shift, situation in which you dealt the problem effectively

The interview process included an assessment and if you qualify for the assessment, a direct video based interview will be scheduled. They mainly observe the body language, patience, keeping their camera off mostly and with some simple question.
