Telephonic INTERVIEW . Was tough. CCIE level. They will grill you until you say you dont know. I did not find it very friendly, they were trying to prove in one way or the other that you dont know anything. May be it is good for some, may be it is not. Overall I understood how a typical interview can be in worst case :)

I'm located in Morocco and interview for a position in Germany. initial interview was directly with the Team leader who asked behavioral questions and technical questions. on the behavioral questions he picked three of the leadership principles and asked questions about them where an example should be given. good luck
