Nach der Online-Bewerbung wurde ich bereits 3 Tage später zum Telefoninterview eingeladen. Dieses habe ich zwei Wochen später absolviert. Das Gespräch hatte den folgenden Aufbau:
- Kurze Vorstellung der Personalerin
- Erläuterungen zur Stelle (Fragen:Schichtarbeit?, flexibel beim Standort?)
- Lebenslauf
- Fragen von der Personalerin
- eigene Fragen.
Wartezeit sollten zwei Wochen sein, nach 1,5 Wochen bekam ich die Einladung zu den persönlichen Interviews, 2,5 Wochen später, genug Zeit für die Vorbereitung. Man bekommt die Leadership Principles sowie die Vorgehensweise bei den Interviews zugeschickt. Vor den Gesprächen findet ein Mathetest statt.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
