I originally applied for the Pathways, and even though I passed the interview, I was told that my CV suggested that I'd be more comfortable in a smaller team where my contributions were more significant, as opposed to in an FC where I'd have to manage an army of associates. Overall, I had 9 interviews before I was extended an offer.
