Zuerst stellte die Personalerin sich selbst und das Unternehmen vor. Es wurde insbesondere auf die in Bezug auf die ausgeschriebene Stelle relevanten Neuerungen eingegangen. Hierbei wurde direkt einige Fragen diesbezüglich gestellt, um zu schauen, inweit man bereits über den Konzern informiert ist (Bsp. Automatisierte Lagerhaltung in Hamburg). Anschließend sollte man sich selbst vorstellen. Danach wurden Fragen gestellt wie:
- Wie geht man mit Mitarbeiter um, deren Leistung sich verschlechtern
- englische Fragen wie: How do you handle a challenge?

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
