Applied online and was contacted by HR after 1 week. Had a phone interview with a peer of that position. Then a 2nd phone interview with the hiring manager.
Both interviewers seemed like novices, and the hiring manager asked really I irrelevant questions. Everything was behavioral or case based questions and they were looking for you to share some revolutionary project you worked on.
Se requiere que aportes datos específicos pero a veces las preguntas situacionales o de personalidad no ayudan a ello, por lo que además de ir preparado con la mentalidad datos debes tener suerte con las preguntas que te hacen.

Lots of layers, multi faceted and very interesting. It took a full day, from 9a to 5p. I spoke with probably 6 or 7 different people who worked there by the end of the day.
