Colloquio
An assistant sent an email asking for availability and arranged a call for one week later. The call itself was unusually dry and robotic. It's never pleasant when you can actually feel the recruiter reading from a piece of paper as she's talking to you. The "thank you very much for that answer" following every 4-5 minute monologue by me was also very impersonal.
I know this was just a phone screening and more in depth interviews with people who actually know things about my field would be next, but for someone who works in recruitment for such a visible and popular company - it seems like the recruiter could have shown a bit more of an interest. Maybe the recruiter had already picked a candidate (not me) and just needed extra screenings to follow a process.. but if not - this the phone screening felt like.

Started out with a general "Tell me why you are seeking a change in employment?"
Then "Tell me about a time when you faced resistance in implementing change?" .. then about three generic follow up questions on that.
"Tell me about a time you had a problematic customer interaction?"... then a few generic follow up questions on that.

The first step, the virtual interview process, was fairly long but easy to navigate and work through, and shortly after, I received an invite to interview in person. However, the location for which they reached out for was for the wrong state.

Manager experience, scenarios where I had to act as a manager
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.
