Talked with their people at a career fair at my college, after that, I was contacted to do a in-person 60 minute interview on-campus. The interviews were conducted between two people, after 30 minutes I went to a different person and I got more questions.

Overall, the process was well-structured, smooth, transparent, and a very positive experience.
