Recruitment process in iitm college first was group discussion with HR then the shortlisted gave aptitude test after that shortlisted gave phone interview again some shortlisted and last was face to face interview.

I applied for Amazon on November 2016.It was one day process.Total 500-600 candidates applied.First round was PI.Basic questions about Customer service and introduction was asked.After that was Aptitude test,which consist of Verbal questions and Paragraph Writing. And Email writing,the senario was given.We just need to consider it.After that there was telephnic round in which our communication is checked.And final round was HR round.
