Long...so many steps to get accepted and then once accepted they can't even bother to find a role that matches your profile, show no interest and ultimately rude. I would prepare for calls to then either have no show, be told job was offered to someone else or that I was better fitted elsewhere/over qualified. The recruiters really didn't seem competent, aware of how to match and I would have to chase for next steps each time. In the end pulled out of process as I felt they were wasting my time and were messing me aroun. I can only imagine how it would be when part of the workforce if this is treatment as a candidate. Strangest thing is they approached me, first recruiter was personable but they do not have the right recruitment team to engage and treat candidates with respect.

It had 6 rounds- heavily focussed on leadership principles. they really do cross question almost every other example.......... You get multiple interviewers across the organisation. I thought- the questions were repetitive after one point.
