The process consists on a coding challenge, a phone interview and an on-site interview. The coding challenge is not easy and you don't get a lot of time to work on it, make sure to do it when you are fresh and are sure nothing will interrupt you. The phone interview is mostly about technical questions, I didn't find it easy either, but someway I could pass it. The last step is the on-site interview in Ireland, that was the step I was most afraid of and it turned out to be the easiest one for me. I studied a bit the previous week, they will tell you the topics you should prepare for the interview. The interview consist of 5 parts, each one with a different interviewer. I found questions to be much easier than the example ones you find on Internet, but it might depend on the interview, I don't know. Probably, the biggest issue I had during the on-site interview was having to write code with an Irish keyboard, I lost a lot of time figuring out where the keys were. Fortunately, all other tests were in a blackboard. Two business days after the interview, they told me I had been selected. I ended up declining it because at the same time I got a job offer for another company.
