- great automated process, with a great interview guide
- hard to get selected to be invited for an interview
- reimbursement of travel costs
- many interviews (2-3 phones interviews, 4-5 interviews during a day at their office)
- lot's of prep needed
- only want the best, but do not want to pay the premium for it
- no company car offered
- looking for young talented people who come cheap and which they can burn out in 2-3 years
- don't offer a good package to senior people
- you will receive no feedback after the interview, which is not good
- hard to get a job if you are older than 40
- need to work on their reputation in the industry if they want to attract good people
- don't seem to see talent, as they focus too much on their interview process and individual rating
- there seems to be a lot of fluctuation at AWS middle management
- start-up character which they seem to be proud of
