The most horrible, draining,, negative experience I have ever had . Five interviewers in six hours. The interviewers kept asking STAR questions about failures I have had in my career. I finally asked why it was so negative, and was told that the culture there is very antagonistic and you need to be able to defend yourself.

Screening call, five ‘loop’ interviews & HM chat. Loop based on Amazon leadership principles & STAR interview format. You receive plenty of information on how to prepare for the interviews which are back to back and 1 hour each

Very intense. 2 phone screens and 4 45 minute interviews, known as the loop. The recruiter prepared me with much detail about what to expect. If you prepare, you’ll be fine.

Went through phone screening and never heard back even after reaching out to recruiter. It was unusual since they are usually quick on notifying you. I've went through a few interviews with them in the past.
