Clean and simple process. Drug test was included but it is required for the job. Training was involved and lasted about a week for me to pass all the operations tasks.

I applied online and scheduled an appointment to one of their hiring events. You're brought in with a group and the process is really like an mini-orientation. They go through a slide show of key points about the job and then you do a drug test and w-9s. They send you home and wait for a couple of emails to finish online orientation/safety courses and also hirung documents. They then sent a start date and that was that!
It's a really really easy and simple process.

None. There is no interview. You simply accept the offer presented and show up for the orientation process. You have to take assessments and drug screen and they do background check.
