Amazon interview process for Seller Support Associate consists of 3 or 4 rounds.
First round of interview is Online Test (Basic Grammer)
Second round is a versant test to test your language and typing skills.
Third round is an interview with a manager or HR people for understanding your point of view towards the work.
Basically you need to prepare yourself with basic communication and interpersonal skills.
You can also prepare on some basic topics and keep yourself updated with the current affairs.

Difficult questions but after while manageable. It needs a good time management and prepare questions before so you do not run out of time. Anyway once well prepared you will sound more confident.
