What is one difficult situation that you had to take at your workplace and why?

The hiring manager wasn’t structured, didn’t sell me the role and kept repeating himself that amazon cares about data.. it was strange also that the hiring manager introduced himself but didnt ask me to share my story.. I withdrew my application and dint continue the process.

What are your top strengths from leadership principals?
The process took very long. After each phone interview it took them 2 weeks to invite me to the next one. In this sense they did not respect their KPIs. The Interview questions were repetitive tbh. They were asking the same thing over and over via different people. But most of the interviewers were very friendly.
