Colloquio
I had applied on through Amazon job portal in May and got a response in September. I did my phone screening one week after. The interviewer called me on time, he started the conversation by saying that he won't questions related AWS nitty-gritty. He doesn't care if I know how EC2 instance is provisioned or how something is done on AWS. What he would care is if I have the basic understanding of the cloud and the internet. The interviewer was calm and did not interrupt while I was speaking. He would wait until I stop speaking on my answer to the question. Few takeaways from this interview
1. The interviewer might ask basic networking/routing questions
2. Please brush up all the skills you had mentioned on your CV while applying. The interviewer would scan your CV from top to bottom.
3. The interview could be 100% technical (like in my case, no behavioural questions were asked). Needless to say you should definitely be prepared for both kinds of questions.
4. The kind of questions interviewer may ask depends upon him/her. I have given the interview for the same position twice. Both times the kind of questions were asked were totally different.

You do 4 back to back interview in 1 day. It was exhausting. Besides that really appreciated the recruiter giving out interview prep before it takes place. The good thing is there is no coding round.
The interview process was very challenging and thorough. The questions required deep technical knowledge and problem-solving under pressure. While tough, it was fair and tested real-world skills, communication, and adaptability.
