Pre interview screening, interview with two people mostly talking about behavioral situations, and past experience leading teams, and asking follow up questions about quantitative data associated with your answers. Overall, a standard interview process that moved forward very quickly.

during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.

Primeramente tuve que pasar unas pruebas de inglés ante de llegar a la entrevista que fue larga ya que dura en total más de dos horas (en mi caso fue online) pero te proporcionan desde el principio las herramientas necesarias para completarla con éxito.
