Three weeks after taking the online exam, I was notified that I would continue the interview process and to select a date and time for the first interview. 4. A week later I took the first initial interview. It was a 1-on-1 virtual interview with an engineer and took about 45 minutes. Mostly technical (computer networking) questions. 5. I did not make it to this step, but if you pass the first interview, then they schedule you to have another interview on-site. According to Amazon, expect to be there all day and to have back-to-back interviews from people that you'll potentially be working with (managers, peers, etc.).
