There’s two interviews one with a senior tech and one with the area manager. Questions asked are based on their principles and wanting answered in star format. They only ask two questions per interview.

Initial application through Amazon Careers site. Followed by an online assessment of electrical and mechanical knowledge, some fairly difficult questions with a short time to answer.
Following this there was an invitation to a final interview via the Amazon Chime App. The interview was really positive with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Plenty of opportunities to talk about past experiences and demonstrate capability.
Also feedback and job offer was very prompt.

Leadership principal based pre set question bank, very little technical probing. Looking for STAR format, follow ups tend to be aimed at lessons learned or knowledge sharing. Probably 3/4 questions in total, the interviewer was a manager.
