It involved 3 interviews. During covid and I was out of state so it was via Amazon chime with no video. The last interview was almost 3 hrs long as you interview with 4 people. Male sure you know the amazon 'core values' as you WILL be asked to give an example of using one. They are as follows: customer obsession, frugality, bias for action, ownership, and high bar for talent. Their description is online if you Google them.

Describe a situation in which you used bias for action
The process took roughly 3 months from my application to job offer. First quick interview was done via phone, followed by face to face interview on site with the line manager.

Mainly competency-based questions a question about past experience.
Two rounds virtually. Round one was a phone screen wth a former SRA / current asset protection employee working in the GSOC. Once inclined to move forward the second round was a pannel interview with 4 managers via video call.
