Start as a temporary full-time employee. With proven loyalty, abilities, and responsibilities, you may be selected to convert to a permanent amazon.com employee. You will be contacted via letter with instructions to start the conversion process. The process starts with a drug screening and background check. Once those are completed, an offer is made and orientation is scheduled.
Clean and simple process. Drug test was included but it is required for the job. Training was involved and lasted about a week for me to pass all the operations tasks.

None. There is no interview. You simply accept the offer presented and show up for the orientation process. You have to take assessments and drug screen and they do background check.

Applied online, there was no interview. You schedule a walk in date. That's where they will take your forms of ID and drug test you. If everything comes back good, you're hired.
