First there is an online assessment that took about 1hr putting you in various Amazon situations (with mostly multiple choice responses); then there was 45 min phone screener with a current employee; then another 3x45 min interviews

Entrevista bem robusta, com processos de verificações, submissão de documentos e testes. Duração de 1h a 2h a primeira etapa. Todo o processo foi muito detalhado, com testes aplicados a situações reais. Foi uma experiência muito enriquecedora e desafiadora, onde pude testar meus conhecimentos na área.

It was a recruiter phone call. No video involved. We used amazon chime. I was asked 4 behavioural questions and some logistics questions. She was straight to the point, and probed some answers I gave.
