The recruiters are well organized and polite overall, however, the internal teams, they are not professional and lack communication amongst each other. Looks like a very hostile work environment after getting to speak and virtually meet internal employees. Appears to treat their employees more like numbers in a rate race, rather than a real career future path with this organization. Also, there was no diversity at all on the panel of interviewers, as they claim they have. As a minority female I was interviewed by all caucasians, no one of color.

Was contacted via LinkedIn to have a chat with recruiter. Recruiter sent calendar invitation and was told she would call. She ghosted on our interview and did not answer any follow up emails. Extremely rude and disrespectful behavior from a large company such as Amazon…fyi, you reached out to me. Show some respect
