I have applied in August 2020, I got my first assessment round OA1 in February 2021, I completed 7/7 test in given time.
I received email for OA2 in one hour after completing OA1. I passed all the test cases in both question in OA2. I finished OA2 in around 30 minutes.
Then I got email for OA3 which is work simulation round I completed it 1.5 hour instead of 4 hours.
I received rejection mail 2 days after. I don't know what was the criteria for selecting or rejecting any candidate.

Was later invited to the final stage which was a 3round interview loop of 3h.

3 interviewers back to back, with a break for lunch in the middle. first interview was behavioral that tested amazon concepts. second and last interviews had a shadower watching the other conduct the interview. i think they might be part of the voting process too but don't seem to be paying attention
