Generally, when they are interested, usually around peek season which various from building to building, they will do two phone interviews. Peek for anything going out the building, which is labeled out bound is the usually holiday seasons. Anything coming into the building, which is labeled inbound, is usually as you can expect the months following the peek of outbound. After the two phone interviews they will ask you to come in for a brief interview. The biggest things to worry about is if you have a second job they will be concerned and probably not hire you and if you seem physically unable to walk miles a day.
