Pretty standard interview process, first had an introduction call with HR for about 30 mins followed by 2 interviews with hiring manager for 45 mins each. However after they decided not to go ahead with my application (spending nearly 3 hours on the process) I asked for a feedback which they did not provide. Its a shame that company such this scale doesn't value the time invested by candidate so not people orientate at all. Even a medium size organisation provide with detail feedbacks of development areas etc. This company is a BAD example of poor people nad recruitment strategy that they should follow up to improve by providing candidates detail feedbacks !

Half day process. 1 after the other with a small break in between. They asked challenging questions and expect well thought out answers. Overall neutral experience but was great to practice.
