Applied online, Two online assessments (one was typical personality/work ethic and the other was on-the-job situational), phone screen (this is where I got cut). They are very focused on the 'STAR' method of answering questions which the recruiter detailed thoroughly in email.
It was a long drawn out process. Wish it was quicker but the last interview was a superday with 4 people and you have answer in the star format. I just bought it was overall an ok interview process
I applied to this position through the company website which led to an email for a zoom interview. After the interview would be a follow up call, but I did not make it the second round.

Was told I had secured an interview then got ghosted by them. They pretended like they never offered an interview even though I had it in writing. Unprofessional and not fun.
