Applied through Linkedin job board in May 2021. Required to do an online aptitude tests. Got a reply from the company 5 days after that I was shortlisted.
Went through a face-to-face interview with the operation manager, it was interactive and engaging. Nonetheless you will have to prepared for the interview with their leadership principles.
Got the job offer a month later from the recruiter.

Basically behavioral based questions were asked , Can be cracked if you’re confident and prepared enough based on their principles , long hours of interviews in person . Amazon is a good company

The interview had two rounds: the first one was an online test which lasted for 1 hour, and second was via teams with a hiring manager (during the pandemic). They asked you to read out loud a short paragraph in Chinese

Language Assessment, followed by Loop Interviews (2 round of interviews), mostly Behavioural Questions. They will give you specific instructions for the interview and also guidelines, tips for the interview. The interviewer are kind and professional. About 30mins for each interview.
