I applied for the position on a university job search page. They called me within a couple of weeks and asked if i was interested in coming in during a hiring day. They had a follow up call a week or so later and scheduled me to come in for the interview. I will be going in this week. As far as my phone interviews, there were no real interview questions asked of me.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
