Ein Tag nach der Onlinebewerbung hat sich ein Recruiter bei mir gemeldet. Insgesammt wurden zwei Gespäche mit Recruitern und ein Gespräch mit dem Abteilungsleiter geführt. Nach dem Gespräch wurde eine ehrliche Rückmeldung abgegeben, mit der der Bewerber etwas anfangen kann. Alles verlief so gut wie man es sich von einem Bewerbungsprozess wünscht.

Took the interview since my current position is being closed. It's all subjective and depending on a single persons opinion with no feedback or reason about the result. It's terrible to lose my job in such unprofessional way. There is no way to escalate this decision either.
Got contacted by recruiter and appointed the interview schedule. Two back to back interview. 3 questions per interview. Took about 2:30hr total. First stage was with HR for the brief introduction, then had two back to back interviews with different interviewer.
