From the get go, organisation for the interview was dreadful. After agreeing a mutually suitable time, two email confirmations for a different time were then sent out. No reply was given when this was queried, and no one showed up to the interview (virtual due to Covid). When I emailed again I was told there was a "miscommunication" on their side. The interview was rescheduled and the experience went totally downhill. The interviewer continuously rolled his eyes and sighed. Asked me very vague open questions and then told me I wasn't being specific enough. When I then asked my questions about the role, I received vague non-specific and non-committal answers (oh the irony). After being told that there was basically no training offered by the company ("US headquarters occasionally send out video training on Diversity or something") and being told that it was a terrible interview and whilst I'd progress to the next stage it wouldn't go well, I decided to withdraw my application. Not a great impression at all.
